Submission Preparation
1. Paper submission must be in English.
2. All papers will be double-blind reviewed by the Program Committee based on technical quality, relevance to Circuits and Systems, originality, significance, and clarity.
3. All paper submissions will be handled electronically. Papers that do not comply with the Submission Policy will be rejected without review.
4. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
Paper Template
Please make sure to use the standard IEEE conference templates to prepare your final manuscript, which can be found at the right column. Manuscripts that do not meet the format requirements will be returned to authors for revision. And note that the similarity score should be no more than 30. The paper must comply with the following specifications:
Paper Length: not exceeding 5 double-column pages, including figures, tables & references
Paper Size: A4 (210mm X 297mm) / Allowed
File Size: 2.0Mb
Do NOT page number your paper and Do NOT apply security settings to your file.
Submission Method
Papers for publication must be submitted in full paper electronically via the following link. All edition and update must be done up until the submission deadline. Papers submitted to APCCAS Conference will undergo a double-blind review process. Submissions must have all details identifying the author(s) removed from the original manuscript (including authors' names, affiliations, acknowledgments and other related personal information).
